Catlett Hall Certified LEED Gold
The largest residence hall on campus, Catlett Hall is over 300,000 square feet with 12 floors and 1,049 beds. Energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems are expected to save over $153,000 a year in utility costs compared to a code baseline building. The building earned a LEED Gold rating due to its systems efficiency.
