Design Engineers Welcomes New Experienced Mechanical Engineers

Design Engineers is excited to welcome two more experienced engineers to its team: Travis Frickle and Ahmed Bilal.  

Travis Frickle joins the mechanical engineering team in the Madison, Wisconsin office. A Montana native, Travis has a colorful background of work in the AEC industry.  

“We are very excited to welcome Travis to Design Engineers as a Mechanical Engineer in our Madison office,” says Justin Marxen, Principal and Senior Mechanical Engineer. “Travis has a diverse background in the Building Systems industry as a temperature control system installer and designer, along with testing, balancing, and commissioning work. He brings a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment to advance his knowledge and experience as a mechanical engineer, making him a great fit here at Design Engineers.” 

Additionally, the Cedar Rapids office welcomes Ahmed Bilal to its mechanical engineering team. An ASHRAE Cedar Valley Chapter president with several years of mechanical engineering in the area under his belt, Ahmed brings a powerful mix of professional recognition and practical experience to the company.
