Two ICCSD Projects Receive Energy Efficiency Award

Two Iowa City Community School District projects received Alliant Energy’s 2016 Energy Efficient Design Award

ICCSD Penn Elementary Addition & Renovation was the first to receive this great award. Penn’s design achieved a 55% kBTU savings compared to the program baseline.

Second up was ICCSD New South Elementary School, also known as Alexander Elementary. Alexander’s design achieved a 61% kBTU savings compared to the program baseline.
