DE’s Indian Creek Nature Center Awarded 1st Place in ASHRAE Technology Awards

Built in 1915 in downtown Cedar Rapids, the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church’s complete interior renovation is complete.

The six-story, 186,000-square-foot Voxman School of Music at the University of Iowa lies at a key intersection in downtown Iowa city, creating an entirely new relationship between academic and urban experiences.

The largest residence hall on campus, Catlett Hall is over 300,000 square feet with 12 floors and 1,049 beds. Energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems are expected to save over $153,000 a year in utility costs compared to a code baseline building. The building earned a LEED Gold rating due to its systems efficiency.
